This last picture from downtown is an old barber shop. It is so americana and reminds of days gone by.
We spent the second day of our trip on Tybee Island. This is a small island not far from downtown. Here are some pictures of Shelby enjoy the surf and sand with her Daddy.
We also drove past the old lighthouse and keeper's buildings. There is also and old fort there. You can explore both.
Before we headed for home, we stopped for lunch as we were leaving Tybee Island. We drove up to a collection of old buildings and shacks and soon reached the Crab Shack. It is an outdoor restaurant on the water. It is a very unique spot as you will notice from the photos.

I hope y'all have a good week ahead!
Love,
Tammy

I love Savannah also. We used to go there every year, but I have not been in a couple of years now. I have eaten at the Crab Shack many times, brings back memories. Thanks. I'll stop by and visit again soon.

Me again,
Thanks for stoppin' by me ol blog. We get 'green' wood, and let it dry out all Spring and Summer, so that it's ready for Fall. It's cheaper to buy green.
Did I mention how much I love your beachy photos.
