Saturday afternoon I went to the mail box and saw this great black and cream paper peeking out. When I saw the front of the envelope, I squeeled. I love getting mail from my sweet friends. Luz rocked this envelope and card! I carefully opened the envelope. What a fantastic card! I love all of the embellishments and some tulle even! You did me proud, Girl. Thank you for thinking of me! It has a special place already in the studio. Next time, please squeeze yourself into the envelope and come visit. I miss you!! Beautiful. Go check out Luz's recent post. She has hung up all her goodies from Girls Weekend. Her room looks fantastic and is looking a little vintagey if I may say.
These long weekends always go by fast. We had alot of rain and it is still very overcast today. So what else is there to do, but make the best breakfast omelet ever! Don was away in California all week so when he got back, I treated him to this. We have been doing Herbalife for months now and have been really good about sticking to the program, but it was time for a little treat. (I am down 18 lbs.!) Here is the recipe.Dice up some onion and green pepper and saute in a skillet with some margarine. Add some leftover meat. This is salami left over from Pizza Night. Add it all and let it brown a little.Scramble 2 eggs and a little bit of milk together and then pour it over your sauteed veggies and meat. Now cover with a lid and turn the heat down to low. Let the egg cook completely.Add your ingredients. I added some mozzarella and cheddar cheese with fresh basil and chives. Place the goodies on one side and carefully lift the other side to cover and melt the inside.
Yum! Don and I split this baby, but I could have easily eaten it all myself. Find the leftovers in your fridge and whip up an omelet for yourself.
Yesterday, we finished the weekend by going to Michael's Memorial Day Sale and then doing some crafting last night . I will share some pics of what I have been up to later in the week. I have decided to continue on at the Carriage House so I have been getting some things ready for the booth this week. Have a great week ahead, y'all!

YUMMO!!! I cannot believe I missed the Memorial Day Sale at Michaels, UGH!!! I am working frantically on stuff for my booth at Treasures since I haven't been since the day all of us went. My booth probably looks like a tornado hit it but I will be out there tomorrow, maybe we will see each other!
