Spring Journal Swap

In March I joined Heather's Spring Journal Swap that she sponsored from her blog and shop the Speckled Egg. I had a great time crafting this journal for a lovely young woman out in California. Here are some pictures of my creation for her. I hope it inspires her to write down her ideas and thoughts everyday!

Heather Grow sent me this sweet little journal. The little chick and music sheet reminds me of something that might have come out of my childhood. She also made me a matching card and decorated tag/bookmark. Here are her goodies to me:

Thank you Heather for all of your time and creativity that you added to this journal for me. It was my pleasure "meeting" you and I am happy to have made you as a friend. Happy Spring!

"Fit for a Queen", indeed! It inspires me to decorate the pink glove Brenda gave me for my 60th Birthday. The Journal you made is quite lovely with the butterflies theme. I do like the little Chick, too. Very sweet. Love, Mom
