Vivian at Viv's Whimsy has hosted this fun swap! The participant's were asked to each make 2 decorated Easter eggs and send them off to Viv, our Easter Bunny. She then sent us back two other artists eggs and then today, we get to hop around each other's blogs to find the creator's of our eggs. How fun. So here were my creations that I sent to participate in the Egg hunt! This is a sparkly blue bunny hanging egg that I covered with blue glitter and then added the image, buttons and ribbons to. My second egg was much larger and was an egg box. I painted it pink and added some glitter to the bottom and then I added the ribbons, nest and vintage bird! Now, here are the lovely eggs that I was sent and will hunt for this morning!!This first artsy egg is decoupaged with several images and the word love. It has lace and rhinestones and sparkly pink glitter. Very Sweet. Here is the other side. The sentiment "Laugh" is on this side with this girl image. Great reminders of what is important. I will leave this swap egg out in my studio! This creation is just so creative and so sweet!! I love this hanging egg and it's adorable contents. My picture does not do this justice. This Tweetie Pie is nestled inside this egg with some fuzzy lining, pink festooning, glitter and ribbons. It hangs on a pretty pink ribbon with roses. She will hang from my decorated window in my studio. MANY THANKS to these wonderful artists! I really love your creations!
